It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice J. Chandler in Decatur, Alabama, who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Rowe and Polly Blevins Rowe; and her husband Luther Marlin Chandler. She is survived by: her children, Gene P. Dudley, Jr. (Laurie), Shawn Dudley and Tena Obasla; her siblings, James "Aut" Rowe and Linda Farrell; her grandsons, Will and Austin Dudley; and her great grandchildren, Glenn Lang, Benny Dudley and Will Dudley.
