He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Berryman and Mary Berryman; and his siblings, Rufus Berryman, Jr., Betty Menne, Carolyn McCormick and Mary McCrary.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Berryman; his children, Jerry Shane Berryman (Blanche) and Kaynell Peden; his siblings, Odwyner Berryman, Billy Jack Berryman, Lucy Rose and June Hannah (Steve); his grandchildren, Sassy Campbell (Corey), Casey Payne, McKenna Berryman, Kodi Seal (Megan), Chase Capley (Whitney), Jackson Berryman, Jacob Berryman and Jaydon Berryman; and his great grandchildren, Emma Kaye Payne, Easton Capley, Kyleigh Campbell, Adalynn Capley, Lillie Payne, Kori Capley, Brooklynn Campbell, Asher Seal, Chase Capley Jr., Kirby Capley and Hollin Seal. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Colbert Memorial Chapel (700 US-43, Tuscumbia, AL 35674). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
