He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Bullard; his sons, David Mark Bullard of Decatur and Barry Stephen Bullard (Belinda) of Decatur; his grandchildren, Brooke Izurieta (Christian) of Birmingham, AL, Ben Bullard (Kendall) of Birmingham, AL and Scarlett Bullard of Palmetto, FL; and his great grandchildren, Everett Bullard and Olivia Bullard.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Children's of Alabama, Birmingham, AL or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
