JoAnn Hamilton Doyle Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of JoAnn Hamilton Doyle of Decatur, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 1, 2026 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of JoAnn Hamilton Doyle to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Hamilton and Julia Hamilton; her husband Buddy Doyle; her son Scott Hamilton Doyle; and her son-in-law Tom Collins.

She is survived by: her daughter Terri Collins; her grandchildren, Tracie McPhillips (Joseph), Tricia Collins and Taylor Collins; and her great grandchildren, Ryleigh and Dyson McPhillips.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 11th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at 3014 Danville Rd SW, Decatur, AL 35603. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, February 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, February 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (3805 Hatch Blvd, Sheffield, AL 35660).
