He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Stasel Burelson. He is survived by: his wife Angela Sanders Hawkins; his children, Dayton Reece, Ashley Hawkins Richardson (Aubrey) and Olivia Danielle Hawkins; his father Lester Carroll Hawkins; and his half-sister Vicki Bennett.
