He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mauldin and Ernestine Mauldin; and his sister Lisa Coulter. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Mauldin; his daughter Cheryl Confer (Mike); and his grandsons, Paxton and Owen Confer.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (123 Church St NW, Decatur, AL 35601). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Decatur.
