With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Wayne Johnson of Decatur, Alabama, who passed away on February 15, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Austin Johnson and Anna Lee Vice; and his sisters, Frances Childers and Martha Gail Johnson Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Janet Smith Johnson of Decatur; his children, Jessica Crumpton (Chris) of Decatur, Kim Linley (Gary) of Priceville, Laura Olive (Franklin) and Tracy Johnson (Megan) of Priceville; his grandchildren, Addie, Tatum, Brittni, Lance, Trent, Tyler, Ella, Lannah and Ashlyn; his great grandchildren, Kailey and Gavin; and his siblings, Carol Montgomery, Kathy Harbin (Al) and Kenneth Johnson.
