She is survived by: her children, Lynn Anthony, April Ham Cagle and Thomas J. Ham (Kim); her grandchildren, T. J. (Heather), Jeffrey (Kelsie), Sarah (Adam), Matthew, Gracie (Adam), Grant (Hannah), Lindsey, Brody, Katie and Cole; her great grandchildren, Mitchell, Dante, Avery, Ellis and Lainey; and her siblings, Maxine Jones, Judy Rogers, Guy Simmons and Dwaine Simmons. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
