She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Cottingham and Betty Cottingham; and her siblings, John Lambert, Floyd Lambert, Charlie Cottingham, Phillip Cottingham, Curtis Cottingham and Mary Lambert Stephens.
She is survived by: her brother Cliff Cottingham; her niece Lisa Betterton (Jerry); her nephew Terry Cottingham (Pamela); her grandchildren, Sean Prater (Nancy), Chad Prater (Natasha), Shawan Prater Harden (Randy), Brandon Betterton (Paige), Danny Betterton (April), Jordan Wallace (Grace), Cliff Cottingham and Derek Cottingham (Hailey); her great grandchildren, Aleia Prater, Chance Osmer, Steven Osmer, Devon Osmer, Jordan Wallace, Rachelle Harden, Joseph Harden, Grace Betterton, Lyla Betterton, William Betterton, Travis Betterton, Jay Stuchman and Ava Claire Cottingham; and her great great grandchild Rowan Grey Wallace. She is also survived by her children, and their children.
