He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Foxworth and Ida Mae "Imie" Howard Foxworth; and his brothers, Robbie and Ronnie Foxworth. He is survived by: his wife Heather Foxworth; his sons, Josh Foxworth (Tika), Colter Foxworth (Jade), Jacob Nichols, Josiah "JoJo" Foxworth and Elijah "Eli" Foxworth; his sister Jan Walker Laurie Parson; and his grandchildren, Jack, Zoë and Zion.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lifepoint Church (250 Johnston St SE, Decatur, AL 35601). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
