She is survived by: her husband Winford Ray Eubanks; her father Jasper Thomas Lance (Tom); her stepmother JoAnn Lance; her mother Doris Folds Lance Smith; her stepfather Brian Smith; her brother Tommy Lance; her sister-in-law Gina Boutwell Lance; her sister Sabrina Lance Terry; and her brother-in-law Donny Terry.
