He was predeceased by: his parents, William Church (Betty Jo Ray Manley) and Donald Baptist Church. He is survived by: his daughter Julie Sexton (Jesse); his grandsons, Christopher Sexton, Nicholas Sexton, Benjamin Sexton and Samuel Sexton; and his siblings, Jan Poole and Ronnie Manley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
