He was predeceased by: his father Jeff Willingham; his brother Adam Willingham; and his grandparents, Jack, Helen Willingham, Ira and Betty Adkins.
He is survived by: his mother Darlene Willingham; his wife Brittany Willingham; and his children, Hayven and Adam. He is also survived by his much loved Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and a host of friends.
