Nancy Jones Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Jones of Decatur, Alabama, who passed away on November 25, 2025 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nancy Jones to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Gordon Jones; her daughter Jennifer Jones Day of Hueytown; her siblings, Shirley Jones Marks (Georgia) of Savannah and Earl P. Jones Jr. of Baltimore, Maryland.; and her parents, Earl P. Jones and Norma K. Jones.

She is survived by: her children, Katherine Jones Patterson of Decatur and Charles Gordon Jones Jr. of Decatur; and her grandchildren, Justin Cuyler Holt of Dothan, Megan Holt Capers of Auburn, Jeffrey Beasley of Athens and Jared Beasley of Scarsdale. She is also survived by six great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
