She was predeceased by: her father Bobby Waugh. She is survived by: her mother Rita Dobbs Waugh; her husband Daniel; her daughters, Kasey Champion (Jeremy Lacy) and Harley Champion; and her siblings, Keith Waugh (Akasha) and Sarah Mackey (Dan). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Family requests that memorial donations be made to her account at Peck Funeral Home.
