He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter DeVine and Ida DeVine. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jean DeVine (Dot); his daughters, Paulette DeVine and Julie Albright (Tim); his grandchildren, Eric Albright (Pam), Jeremy Albright (Ashley), Jeffrey Albright (Amber) and Erin Mosher (Zach); and his great grandchildren, Avery Albright, Caroline Albright, Charis Albright, Analeigh Albright, Darrell Albright-Gooden, Holland Mosher and Charlotte Mosher.

Family request in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to Alabama Baptist Children's Home or UAB Children's Hospital.
