He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennett Marshall and Ruth Marshall; and his siblings, David Marshall, Matthew Marshall and Ellen Marshall.

He is survived by: his wife Teresa Marshall; and his children, Jonathan Marshall, Chrissie Marshall and Bennett Marshall. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
