He is survived by: his brother Robert McCulloch (Kelly King); his nieces, Andreale Sivak (Daniel), Amelia Nicole McCulloch and Lauren McCulloch-Bell; his great-nephews, Blake and Jameson Sivak; and his great-niece Claysea Ward-McCulloch.
