He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Robert and Annie Lucille Dorning Allen; and his brothers, Infant Daniel Ray Allen and Gary Allen. He is survived by: his wife Debra Shields Allen; his sister Sara Allen Adams (Ronald); his niece Julie Adams; and his close friends, Richard Dobbs, Amy Turner, Tisa Brothers and Dean Mitchell.
