It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roger Dale Dempsey of Decatur, Alabama, who passed away on December 3, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dempsey and Margie Dempsey; and his wife Joan. He is survived by: his children, Rod Dempsey (Catherine) of Birmingham, Kristie Royer (David) of Decatur and Nikki Sprader (Michael) of Mooresville; his brother Jerry Don Dempsey (Rena); and his grandchildren, Hanna Royer, Hunter Royer, Chandler Sprader, Jack Dempsey and Cooper Dempsey.
