She is survived by: her children, Tony Clark (Amanda), Lee Clark and Jessica Clark Terry (Brian); her siblings, Charles Adcock (Linda) and Sylvia Kamp; her grandchildren, Chelsea Borden (Logan), Caitlyn Clark, Lacey Grace Clark, Grayson Clark, Jacob Skinner and Nicholas Lott (Amber); and her great grandchildren, Waylon Borden, Delaney Borden and Hudson Borden.
In lieu of flowers, family requests memorials be made to Aveanna Hopsice.
