She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Robert Neill (Bob); her parents, James Wiley Cooper and Ollie Moore Cooper; her brother Gary Cooper; and her nephew Tim Cooper.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jennifer Dwzonkowsi (Tee), Ben Neill (Sally), Molly Steppick (Will), Christy Neill and Cooper Neill; her great grandchildren, Laura, Frances Dzwonkowski, Brantley, Elizabeth, Lucy, Kate Neill and Wiley Steppick; her sister-in-law JoAnn Neill Jones; her nephew Neill Jones (Michelle); her niece Donna Moore Terry; and her sons, James Roland Neill (Libby) and Brian Cooper Neill (Jenny).

In lieu of flowers, memorial can be made to The Church at Stone River, The Neighborhood Christian Center or a local charity of your choice.
