He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Lee Kelley and Marie Knight Kelley; and his sister Caroline Parker. He is survived by: his wife Renee Moran Kelley; his children, Jacob Bobo (Jarrett), Hannah Bobo (Ryan) and Felicia Tidwell (John); his siblings, Leland Kelley (Corine), Marilyn Sandlin (Richard) and Darlene Harvey (Randy); and his grandchildren, Carson Haggamaker, Jaxson Haggamaker, Ginger Henderson and Brittney Creasy. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
