It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Bernard Chandler of Decatur, Alabama, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 19, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Chandler and Gladys Chandler; and his sisters, Cheri Shipper and Marian Kinsolving. He is survived by: his wife Frances Chandler; his children, William B. Chandler, Jr. (Lesli), Liz Mullican (Kirk) and Karen Vinson (Jimmy); his grandchildren, William B. "Will" Chandler, III, John Patrick Chandler (Sara), Mary Grace Vinson, Jasper Mullican, Zoe Chandler and Aubrey Chandler; and his great grandchildren, Ada Chandler and Wesley Chandler.
