It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William McDaniel (Decatur, Alabama), born in Meridian, Mississippi, who passed away on September 28, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Edmonds McDaniel and Martha Sims McDaniel; and his brother Leonard Edmonds McDaniel, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue; his children, Buddy (Karen), Sonny (Tricia), Will (Gretta) and Leigh Anna Trimble (Scott); his grandchildren, Lindsey, Emily, Jacob (Buddy), Zach, Andrew, Matthew (Sonny), Mary Anna (Leigh Anna), Luke, David and Win (Will); his great grandchildren, Adilee and Emilee (Zach); and his brother Thomas "Puddin" McDaniel (Deb).
