He is survived by: his children, Connie Wooten of Nicholasville, KY and William Keith Mills, Jr. (Toni) of Louisville, KY; his stepchildren, Donna Drake, Mary Lou Lofty (Kevin), Liz Dickinson (Danny), Joyce L. Hurley (late Gary), Gayle E. Moutard, Wylie E. Moutard (Barbara) and Robert E. Moutard (Julie); and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and twenty great grandchildren.
