He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William S. Kirby Sr. and Louisa Glenn Kirby; and his aunt Tracey Leigh Clark. He is survived by: his parents, William "Billy" Steele Kirby Jr. and Daphne Thaxton Kirby; his grandfather Jim B. Thaxton (Sue Thaxton); and his cousins, Leslie Thaxton, Hannah Clark, Jennie Roby (Whitt) and Amanda Faulk. He is also survived by extended family and lifelong friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Roselawn Funeral Home and Cemetery (741 Danville Rd SW, Decatur, AL 35601). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
