He is survived by: his wife Sandy Bolan; his children, Tony Bolan, Todd Bolan (Kelsie), Rhonda Morgan (Greg) and Katina Eades; and his brother Rayburn Olivett Bolan (Kathy). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
