She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Coleman Turner; her son Frank Alan Turner; her parents, Warren Webb Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Webb (Gardener); and her siblings, Ralph, Pearlie, Leona and Lillie Belle.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Turner (Pam), Carissa Coaker (Dwain), Greg Turner (Cindy) and Melanie Baxter (Brady); her grandchildren, Shea, Dane, Amy, Rhonda, Leslie, Jessica, Brooke, Candace and Christin; and her siblings, Gracie Odom, Norma Turner, Sadie Dyess, Juanita Webb, Joyce Holland and Warren Webb.
With a generous heart, Betty was a regular donor to St. Jude's and the American Cancer Society as well as many more.
