He was predeceased by: his parents, Bloomme Landrum and Charlie Goins; and his grandson Harold. He is survived by: his wife Wonder Joyce Goins; his daughter Rachel Goins; his grandchildren, Victoria Goins and Harneisha Wallace; his great grandchildren, L'Oreal, Aliyah, Lyric, Caden, DeAnthony and Barry; his sisters-in-law, Lois Myles and Estelle Goins; and his nieces, Kathleen Jackson (Alfred), Louise Gamble, Rachel Jackson, Troye Fennell, Margie Cromwell, Voncille Myles and Shandrea Spencer.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rice and Reese Funeral Home (925 S Bessemer Ave, Prichard, AL 36610). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery (34904 AL-225, Spanish Fort, AL 36577).
