He is survived by: his wife Joan Franklin; his daughter Christina Burt (Jeff); his siblings, Marvin Eugene Franklin (Kathy), Shirley Gost (Evans), Carolyn Daniels (Philip) and Judy Counts; and his grandchildren, Emily Foster (Justin), Nathaniel Burt, Sarah West and Abigail West. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
