It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loraine Moses of Dora, Alabama, who passed away on September 16, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Phil Moses; her daughter Felica Moon; her siblings, Bill Kittrell, Ed Kittrell and Juanita Reeves; and her parents, Claude A. Kittrell and Mary Esther Watson.
She is survived by: her children, Cammie Haynes (Jason), Philip Moses (Shellie), Sherry Bruce and Nicole Brown (Justin); and her siblings, Jerry Kittrell, Kay Ritter (Don), Sheila McGinnis (Jerry) and Sam Kittrell. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home (225 Dana Rd, Warrior, AL 35180). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Oakwood Memorial Gardens (2100 Moncrief Rd, Gardendale, AL 35071).
