He is survived by: his wife Joyce B. Overton; and his children, Linda M. Ivy, Deborah A. Rose, Susan C. Browning (Jack Browning), Marvin W. Overton, III (Sarina Overton), Roger W. Venable (Cindy Venable) and Teresa A. Parker. He is also survived by 16 Grand Children, 24 Great Grand Children and 2 Great Great Children.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at the Oakwood Memorial Gardens (2100 Moncrief Rd, Gardendale, AL 35071).
