He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hambley and Annie Hambley of Sandusky; and his brothers, Raymond "Tootie" and David "Peanut" Hambley. He is survived by: his wife Katherine "Kit" Scott Hambley; his brother Richard "Cooter" Hambley (Bobbie); his children, Vicki Derman, Christopher Hambley (Sandra Smith) and Randy Hambley (Julie); and his grandchildren, Amber Mabry, Tori Whitman, Peyton Hambley, Ally Harris (Jacob) and Kaitlyn Murray (Brenden).
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bell Funeral Home Sumiton Chapel (510 Main St, Sumiton, AL 35148). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
