She was predeceased by: her father Jake Smith (Mae Andrews Smith); and her husband Jack Jerkins. She is survived by: her mother Annie; her son David Jerkins (Mary); her grandson Bradford Allen Jerkins; her great grandchildren, Sabrina Jerkins, Daniel Joseph Jerkins, Anna Rose Jerkins and Lily Faith Jerkins; and her cousins, Janet Shinaberry (Mike), Paula Mahaffey (Rick), Michael Arnold (Jessica), Vivian Jackson (Harold) and Alice Jackson (Donald).
