He was predeceased by: his parents, George John Tom Tillman and Pauline Jackson Tillman; his wife Johnnie Mae Vickers Tillman; his children, Charlie Murry, Leon Murry, Joyce Dickens, Malcolm Gibson and Herman Daniels; his granddaughters, Stephanie Weatherington-Gadlin and Joanne Butler; his great grandchild Kenley Boley; and his siblings, Annie Jewel Tillman, Jeweline Dunlap Smith, George Tillman, Leroy Tillman Sr., Johnny Tillman and Jerry Tillman.
He is survived by: his children, Benny Earl Daniels, Cassandra Bass (George), Linda Skipper (Jerry), Melissa Tillman, Terry Tillman (Tarra), Dennis Tillman (Tora), Paula Tillman Scott, Jaquaveon Tillman, Lisa Weatherington, Janice Mullins (William) and Roger Gibson; and his sisters, Willie Ruth Reynolds and Ruby Lee Terry. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
