Combs of Hazard, KY; her children, Marilyn Combs Cannon, Bryan Combs (Susan) and Catherine Combs Owens (John); her grandchildren, Christin Lewis-Mattingly (Alex), Michael R. Owens (Sara) and Olivia L. Owens; her great grandchild Charlotte C. Lewis; her son-in-law Richard Mattingly; and her sister Evelyn Tucker Tingle.
