He was predeceased by: his parents, Plemon John and Clora Smith Cullifer; his wife Sara N. Cullifer (Sadie); and his siblings, Mildred Brackin, Jeanette McClendon, Christine Dillard, Johnny Cullifer and Walter Terry Cullifer.
He is survived by: his daughter Carol Vaughn (Henry C. Vaughn III) of Dothan; his grandson Henry C. Vaughn IV of Asheville, NC; and his brothers-in-law, Philip McCallister (Debra) of Dothan, Thom McCallister (Gwen) of Dothan and Bobby Jenkins of Panama City, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
