He is survived by : his wife Brandi Dees; his children, Conner Smith and Jordan Smith; his stepson Pierce Dees; his siblings, Heather Hatton (Bryan), Kristie Cothern (Jessie) and Ashley Pippin; his former life partner Mandi Smith; his uncles, Jerome Stinson, Robert Farmer and Ray Stinson; his father Billy Smith, Sr. (Judi Smith); his siblings, Stephanie Smith, Lakeisha Johnson and Nathaniel Smith; his uncles, Jimmy Smith and Johnny Smith; his aunt Rose Childree; his nieces and nephews, Hayes, Anna, Ellie, Addyson, Maddox and Ruby; and his cousin Lee Farmer. He is also survived by mother of his children, along with several nieces and nephews.
