He is survived by: his parents, David Faulk and Merline Faulk; his wife Mandy; his children, Audrey Claire Faulk Stephens (Curt), Jared Bryant Faulk and Jacob Carlton Faulk; his sister Sheila Stephens (Ronnie); his parents-in-law, Carlton and Norma Ott; his siblings-in-law, Becky Birdsong (William) and Bubba Ott (Ashton); his sibling's children, Heather Watkins (Cliff), Joel Harrison (Nikki), Jamey Stephens (Sabrina), April Tyson (Brock), Holly Driskell (Tracy), Shelby Jones (Dustin), Bailey Birdsong, Will Birdsong, Whit Ott and Johnson Ott; and his close friends, Allen and Angie Boatright.
