It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bun Floyd Strickland of Dothan, Alabama, who passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alexander Strickland and Thelma Starling Strickland; and his wife Mary Lucy Johnson Strickland. He is survived by: his close friend Nellie Kirkpatrick; his son Anthony Strickland (Tonya); his brother James Strickland; and his sibling's children, Mike Strickland (Pat) and Sheila Strickland.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Resource Center, P.O. Box 1170, Dothan, Alabama 36302.
