He is survived by: his wife Jean Weekley Crutchfield; his children, Ken Crutchfield (Patty), Tim Crutchfield (Flor), Doreen Crutchfield Kendrick (Donnie) and Karen Crutchfield Crews (Randy); his stepsons, Curtis Rider (Teresa) and Robin Rider; his grandchildren, Allison Jackson (Jimmy), Cameron Crutchfield, Bradley Crutchfield (Victoria), Brittany Bellflower (Casey), Stacey Worthington, Cole Crutchfield, Kyleish Crutchfield, Heather Ramer (Allen) and Mindy Tomberling; and his sisters, Nadine Newsome and Eunice Martin.
