We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2023, at the age of 86, Carolyn Hathcock of Dothan, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howell Ivey and Beatrice Stevens Ivey; her husband Sam Hathcock Jr.; her sons, Kim Whatley and Sam J. Hathcock III; and her brother Bill Ivey.

She is survived by: her children, Brett Whatley (Lynn) of Houston, Texas and Dawn Hathcock of Montgomery, Alabama; her daughter-in-law Paige Hathcock; her grandchildren, Lauren Findley (Robert) of Ft. Worth, Mary Cathrine Dulac and Maggie Dulac; her great grandchildren, Ethan Findley, Joshua Findley of Ft. Worth and Eli Dulac; and her close friends, Nick, Shirley Adair and Nikki Gilbert. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
