She was predeceased by: her parents, Morgan Vincent Smith and Viona LaCoste Smith; her husband William Alexander Womack, Jr. (Bill); her children, Valerie Womack Morgan (Harrison) of Atlanta, Georgia, Vicki Womack Kleindienst (Michael) of Uerkheim, Switzerland, Vivian Womack Galletly (Trey) of Marietta, Georgia and Andrea Womack Howell of Dothan, Alabama.; and her grandchildren, Gero Alexander Kleindienst, Lillian Claire Morgan, William Harris Galletly, Bannie Margaret Galletly, Peter Julius Kleindienst, William Harrison Morgan, Virginia Everette Howell, Beatrice Louise Galletly and Henry James Howell.

She is survived by: her sister Viona Smith Rice of Brentwood, Tennessee..
