He is survived by: his children, Caleb Tomberlin of Metter, GA, Dalton Dukes of Forsyth, GA and Willow Tomberlin of Metter, GA; his mother Jean Watson of Metter, GA; his siblings, Rhonda Smith (Quincy) of Forsyth, GA, Johnny Cochran of Alamo, GA and Mike Smith of Alamo, GA; his uncles, Vince Dooley (Melinda) of New Brockton, AL, Ben Fordam of Fairbanks, AK and George Dooley (Tracy) of Anchorage, AK; and his fiancée Sarah Franks of Dothan, AL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
