With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clay Lewis of Dothan, Alabama, who passed away on November 7, 2022 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Vardamaskos and Mary Frances Whatley Vardamaskos. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Lewis; his children, Crystal Lee (Ross) of Dothan, Jessica Lewis of Dothan and Cody Lewis (Jordan); his grandchildren, Meredith of Dothan, Christopher of Dothan and Gray Lee of Dothan; his brothers, Ricky Lewis of Dothan and Jay Lewis (Rhonda) of Dothan; and his aunt Margaret Howard (Billy).

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Fostering Hope, 17965 U.S. Hwy 431, Headland, AL, 36345.
