She is survived by: her parents, Bobby Lee Hollis of Tampa, FL and Barbara Ann Thompson of Taylor, AL; her children, Joseph Applegate (Kandace Parker-Applegate) of Taylor, AL, Justin Applegate of Taylor, AL and Ashley Applegate Pugh (Shawn Pugh) of Clayton, AL; her brother Christopher Hollis of Tampa, FL; and her grandchildren, Kayleb Parker, Phelan Pugh and Stetson Pugh.
