He was predeceased by : his parents, Daniel Milton Lewis and Frances Ellen Pate. He is survived by : his wife Lisa Lewis (Butterworth) of Dothan; his stepchildren, Andy Tomberlin (Sheena) of Dothan, Nathan Tomberlin (Courtney) of Decatur and Lacey Tomberlin of Beaverton, OR; his brother Brian Lewis of Dothan; and his niece Amber Lewis of Lafayette, LA.. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
