He was predeceased by: his father Opie Capps; and his siblings, Morgan Capps, Faye Carter and Peggy King. He is survived by: his wife Annis Capps (Mercer); his children, Brandi Isbell, Brandon Capps (Rosa), Dusty Faison, Jennifer Killebrew (Rob) and Glenn Capps (Shannon); and his siblings, Jerry Capps and Mary Capps. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and loving family members.
