He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Caraway and Evelyn Caraway Hovey (Louie); and his brother Jimmy Caraway. He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his children, Hope Grice (Keith) and Keith Caraway (Wendie); his grandchildren, Zachary Grice, Emma Catherine Sellers (Benjamin), Jessica Dietz (Ronald) and Jackson Caraway; his great grandchildren, Calder Sellers, Ashlyn Dietz and McKenzie Dietz; his brother Richard Caraway (Gayle); his nephew Matthew Caraway (Katelin); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jack and Addy Beth Caraway.
